What I buy and what I received don't buy completely scam

I bought a loose diamond from this company and I’m super happy with how it all went down. The diamond arrived with its IGI report and had a laser engraving of the report's serial number on the girdle, making it easy for me to check its authenticity with a loupe. It was packed up really securely. The entire process was smooth sailing, and I truly appreciated Chris' regular emails keeping me in the loop about the shipping and delivery. All in all, I felt really valued and respected as a customer, and I wholeheartedly recommend this company if you're looking to buy a quality lab-grown diamond.

The main four filters really help to narrow down the options, but checking the diamond report is key for details like depth percentage and calculating LW ratios. The customer service through the website chat and email was super quick and helpful. I opted for a three-stone setting in 14k yellow gold and paid an extra $100 to have the prongs in white gold, which I think is reasonable. I received the ring 7 weeks after placing my order. They arranged to ship it from India to their NYC office first, then to me in California, so I could avoid customs fees, even if it meant a slight delay. Plus, it came with a delicate diamond wedding band in yellow gold as a bonus. The ring turned out just as I hoped it would and at a much lower price than other lab-grown diamond sellers. I’d definitely recommend this.
